We manage onsite construction projects working with third party trades and contractors to ensure jobs are completed on time, on budge, and to the specifications agreed to. Our “working at heights training” ensures that we are not limited to simply inspecting projects from the ground. Monthly Property Reports/Summaries
Annual in-depth property inspection reports and fire inspection reports will ensure insure compliance with insurance requirements and long term budgeting for improvements, repairs, and general maintenance.
