About Us

From an early age Simon Weresch, founder and owner of J&S Property Management, was surrounded by his father’s carpentry business. He honed carpentry, plumbing, and handyman skills by building several family cottages from the ground up with his extended family. As a young adult Simon began working for the family business in Insurance Restoration where he learned project management, contract negations, and restoring damaged and destroyed properties.

In 2009, Simon was appointed treasurer and, later, president of a local Cambridge condominium corporation in Galt. His dedication, attention to detail, and skillful ability to find fiscal efficiencies allowed the condominium corporation to see its recurring annual deficits emerge into yearly surpluses for needed improvements and betterments to the property. In part, this inspired him to launched a property-management firm in 2014 to serve investors venturing into real-estate markets so that Cambridge residents could find spaces to live and work throughout the region.

Today, J&S Property Management oversees $70,000,000 of commercial, residential and industrial real-estate assets, employing several employees, local trades, contractors, and businesses. We have gained a reputation from savvy investors and local municipalities of turning derelict properties; properties with “problem tenants”, into restored and renovated income producing properties.

J&S Property Management has a simple core principle that drives our businesses and explains why so many of our customers refer their friends; we manage and care for all properties as if they were our own. This ultimately means finding efficiencies and cost savings, promptly addressing preventive maintenance issues, and intensely screening tenants.
